 Mineral salts:-

Mineral salts are essential for every living being to survive. Mineral salts play an important role in the formation and functioning of our body's skin, blood, bone, and all cells.

Mineral salts, which are essential for our body, are found only in foods.

Nature has filled many such mineral substances in the earth.
Plants absorb these essential mineral salts from the earth in the form of life juice, and the mineral salts are received by humans through ecological energy flow and water.

Mineral salt

In the modern era, tablets of mineral salts made by artificial methods are available in the market, but what is the difference between their intake and the intake of naturally obtained minerals, read further, you will know -

The iron used in the solution and the lime eaten in the betel are bath salts, but they are non-living salts that can never match with the living body. They cannot be assimilated in this form in the body. Therefore, after eating them, the body has to work very hard to throw them out.

Only those mineral salts are able to be assimilated in the body, which is capable of assimilation in the cells as a result of digestion, that is, they are very fine or ionic in nature.

These mineral salts are present in more quantity in natural foods like raw greens, vegetables, fruits, etc. Therefore, such foods should be eaten in plenty.
